Our Accomplishments - Masters of Disasters

We accomplished a lot this year!  After starting late in the season and barely knowing each other, we became friends and very good teammates.  We started out using a NXT and did well with it at our region's scrimmage.  However, shortly before our regional competition (like 2 1/2 weeks before) we switched to the EV3 and quickly learned how to program in a new way.  With a lot of hard work, we were able to finish first in our division at the regional competition and win an award for innovative programming.  We also advanced to the state competition and saw some really cool robots compete.  It was truly a remarkable first year and we hope we can do as well next year!
